Yoon Hak Won Chorale, Korea
│BACK│ Tickets│
韓國尹鶴元合唱團

The Yoon Hak Won Chorale was founded by Professor Yoon, Hak Won to show his gratitude and to glorify God by creating a highly trained and talented choral ensemble after his retirement from Choong Ang University where he taught for 25 years. Professor Yoon enjoyed a rewarding career as a professor and a conductor. He touched the hearts of worldwide audience by presenting outstanding musicianship and perfect harmony through many years of performances of the World Vision Children’s Choir(previously named as Sunmyunghoi), Daewoo Chorale, Seoul Ladies’ Singers, Incheon City Chorale, and Zion Choir of Youngnak and Jayang Presbyterian Church.

The Yoon Hak Won Chorale members are selected by thorough audition, and are made up of both vocal and choral conducting majors.  The enthusiasm, talent and dedication of this relatively new ensemble under the expert direction of professor Yoon has delighted audiences with its unique resonant sound. This sound is made by controlled vowels and perfect consonants which enables the chorale to perform a wide variety of choral repertoire from the madrigals of the Renaissance to the contemporary music.

The future of the Yoon Hak Won Chorale looks bright as the founder and conductor, Professor Yoon continues to inspire his singers to reach new heights and to prepare new and challenging music for audiences to enjoy.  In order to achieve these goals, the Chorale is planning both national and international tours and performing in national choral festivals, as well as world wide choral festivals.  The chorale has performed various repertoires with famous orchestra ,chorus and vocalist such as the KBS and Daejeon Symphony Orchestra, Philippine Madrigal Singers, Andrea Bocelli and Enio Morricone.
